What happens to candidate data

Agencies hand us other people’s personal data. Here is the whole answer, before you ask.

  • Where it is stored

In the EU. The service runs on servers in Frankfurt, and CVs and uploaded files are kept in a database and file store in Ireland.

  • How long it is kept

On every plan: CVs removed automatically after delivery.

  • Who can see it

Only the people with a seat in your workspace. A candidate sees only their own CV, through the private link you send. To read and convert a CV, its text is sent to two AI providers, OpenAI and Mistral AI.

  • How to delete it

Delete a candidate, with their CV and files, at any time from the candidate’s page. Anything you leave is removed automatically after delivery.

Tax

Prices exclude any sales tax. You pay in the currency you choose when you create your workspace. It is fixed from your first payment.
