03What stays yours

Set once. Every CV follows.

Six settings belong to the agency, not to a recruiter’s afternoon. Set them in the admin console and every CV your desk converts follows them.

  • Brand colour

    Paste one hex. Hover tints, focus rings and the CV band are derived from it and checked for contrast.

  • Logo

    One version for light backgrounds, one for dark: on the app, the candidate’s link and the CV band.

  • House template

    Choose a built-in layout, or describe your own format and request it as a custom template.

  • Formatting

    Margins, body font, section spacing, header style and one or two columns, set for the whole desk.

  • Section order

    Put the sections in the order your clients expect. Move them by drag or by keyboard.

  • How long CVs are kept

    On every plan, CVs are removed automatically after delivery. A daily job does it, so nobody has to remember.

05Any direction

Japanese CVs follow Japanese rules.

  • Twelve languages: English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese (Taiwan), Hong Kong Chinese, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch and Indonesian.
  • You choose the direction up front: any language into any other, or a CV tidied in its own language.
  • Japanese career history runs oldest first; English runs newest first.
  • Numbers and dates stay in Latin digits, so columns line up.
  • The kana reading sits beside a name written in Latin letters.

  • The first time a converted CV is delivered: downloaded, exported or sent by someone at the agency. Converting does not use one, and downloading it again, in the other format or after edits, is free.
